Kevin Federline declares war on Britney Spears
Kevin Federline has lauched a battle with Britney Spears for more custody of their two boys -- Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months, in Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday.
Britney Spears and Federline just set their divorce less than two weeks ago when they agreed to share custody of their children.
Federline, who has two kids with actress Shar Jackson, is worried by Spears' erratic behaviour which may have a "unnecessary risk" to the wellbeing of the sons.
Federline has been threatening to go back to court and ask for more custody after the divorce, and the final request was triggerd by reports of a video this week showing Spears frolicking with a naked topless man around the pool at a Los Angeles hotel.
