In an interview with FRANCE 24Ã¢â‚¬â„¢s Ulysse Gosset, Georgian president Mikheil Saakashvili congratulated the Ã¢â‚¬Å“unity of Europe,Ã¢â‚¬Â which decided to suspend negotiations with Moscow in protest over the Russian-Georgia conflict.
